Can’t add tickets to wallet?

Had issues as well, ticket office told me to see if I had a software update to go through. Sure enough once I did that I got my tickets to wallet.
There was a prior thread on this. I complained all last year. Still does not work.
Mine says activating, and eventually says cannot activate as a different Apple ID is associated with the account. Only my wife’s phone works. Ticket office no help.
Same here. Just had to run a software update and it ended up working fine for me.

If you really don't want to deal with it, the ticket office will print off tickets for you.
Just been taking it all in. Tried to find the most vanilla thread to add in a very vanilla reply to get my feet wet.
I know the email in ticketmaster has to match the one on Google wallet. At least for the game tickets. Mine are different and I hVe to transfer my tickets to my other email then save to wallet.
Funny thing is, I don't have to do this for the parking pass.

I think they said last year it's because the parking pass isn't provided by Ticketmaster.
Well at least the cell service is good this year. Had my wife transfer the ticket to me but wasnt able to move the ticket from the ISU App to the wallet.
I had this issue. The only solution I could find is to create a new Ticketmaster account. Once I transferred the tickets from the old Ticketmaster account to the new one, I could add them to my Apple wallet no problem. Apparently, its a known issue and neither Ticketmaster or apple will / can help.
I added my parking pass to my wallet for the North Dakota game but this past Saturday it wasn’t an option. lol I don’t get it.
Yeah me either. It's really not a biggie, just more so annoying that it worked one week but not the other.

I broke my phone today at work, ahh!
I was able to transfer the tickets to my wife, yeah!
My wife's phone is too old to download the Iowa State Cyclones app, ahh!
what are my next steps, to get into the game tomorrow?

I assume she has a smart phone? Have her log into Cyclones.com on her phone through a web browser. Go to tickets and log in to her account (or your account). Then you can access the tickets and add them to your 'wallet'.
If jsb's suggestion doesn't work, just show up at the ticket office and have them help you. I'm assuming they are your own personal tickets.
It took me two hours last night to download 2 FB tickets & 1 parking pass, 2 WBB tickets + Johnny's passes, and 3 MBB tickets + Johnny's passes. I'm good through Monday now, but it seems like a LOT of effort and a very slow moving process.
