Same here. Just had to run a software update and it ended up working fine for me.Had issues as well, ticket office told me to see if I had a software update to go through. Sure enough once I did that I got my tickets to wallet.

Mine says activating, and eventually says cannot activate as a different Apple ID is associated with the account. Only my wife’s phone works. Ticket office no help.

I think they said last year it's because the parking pass isn't provided by Ticketmaster.I know the email in ticketmaster has to match the one on Google wallet. At least for the game tickets. Mine are different and I hVe to transfer my tickets to my other email then save to wallet.
Funny thing is, I don't have to do this for the parking pass.
I had this issue. The only solution I could find is to create a new Ticketmaster account. Once I transferred the tickets from the old Ticketmaster account to the new one, I could add them to my Apple wallet no problem. My wife's phone is too old to download the Iowa State Cyclones app, ahh!
what are my next steps, to get into the game tomorrow?

If jsb's suggestion doesn't work, just show up at the ticket office and have them help you. I'm assuming they are your own personal tickets.So I'll try to keep this short...

It took me two hours last night to download 2 FB tickets & 1 parking pass, 2 WBB tickets + Johnny's passes, and 3 MBB tickets + Johnny's passes. I'm good through Monday now, but it seems like a LOT of effort and a very slow moving process.I can’t add my tickets to my wallet on the app. Also doesn’t work on the website. Thanks I thought I was there with this suggestion but the wallet has some error accessing her account, maybe her phone is just too oldI assume she has a smart phone? Have her log into Cyclones.com on her phone through a web browser. Go to tickets and log in to her account (or your account). Then you can access the tickets and add them to your 'wallet'.
