Sharp is good don't get me wrong, but Kirby was arguably one of the most important cyclones this year. His placement on punts helped give the defense a long field to work with which kept them in tons of games that otherwise could have been ugly. Look at punts inside 20 to touchback ratio. He should be one of the best in the nation I believe.

Kirby was a Semifinalist in the Ray Guy award list. Only Big XII punter on the list. Much better list to be on.
