This is always a fantastic event. You really get to interact with the coaches on a personal level. Should be very useful this year with half the staff being new. This and the CF get drunk with the coaches nights are my favorite events.

I think you guys should let a fan be in the competition. It would make it fun if the fan won, like maybe he gets free season tickets or something. Otherwise just a signed football by the coaches.

That's a good idea...but I'm not sure how we would chose the fan as I'm sure there would be a lot of interest. Besides if you're busy grilling you won't get a chance to meet all of the coaches & tell them what you think about their grilling skills :smile:

Now that the spring game is here & warm weather appears to be on it's way, now is the time to register for the Coaches cook-off. We're working on special auction items, a couple of celebrity guests that have not attended in the past, and more door prizes (i.e. gift certificates) than ever before. Just joined the CGC last month. Thinking about this being the first event I attend. Still up in the air.

Thanks vmbplayer for joining! You won't be disappointed if you do attend. I've yet to hear anyone complain that they left this event hungry, thirsty, or unable to spend as much 1-on-1 time with the coaches as they had hoped for.
