Arizona Schmarizona, I dont buy into their status.
You might not but they are clearly a top 10 program in terms of having a "high profile" on the national scene with respect to men's college basketball.

For reasons I have stated in previous posts, chances are not very good. :no6xn:
"We can almost promise him that he can start."
Sorry, don't buy that. Not next year anyway. We have Jiri and Thompson in the paint as Center. Pencil in for Brackins as PF. SF? Try wesley and Rashon. Sorry, no room for Negedu as we can't "promise" him he will start. Yeah, its bad for recruiting him but good for ISU as we will have a lot of talent in the front court and their will be lots of competition on the floor for getting minutes.
How highly rated in Negedu? I don't think ratings mean everything, but it is good for reputation and prestige to get highly ranked recruits, if nothing else. Is he Top 100? 75?

no that answers my question. i would have to disagree though...i think what they had years ago doesnt play too much into it now. they just dont seem to have that amazing history to me. yeah they have a couple championships and a couple alum but, i guess it just doesnt seem all that impressive. its not recent enough. they havent had much for a while now.
Thats what I was trying to say...you are better with words than I. If he wants to be coached by a guy that can coach big men....ISU!If Negedu were to approach his decision the following way: "Which coach's system and philosophy will get me the highest draft position i can attain?" I really believe that answer is Coach McD and ISU.
