1st round- Voting
The voting we are seeing. THE TOP 15 move on to the next round. It doesn't matter if Rhoads is 1st or 15th. He moves on. At this time he will move on and has a comfortable lead

2nd round- Evaluation Process
Coaches are evaluated on the following criteria
-Coaching excellence
-Sportsmanship and Integrity
-Academic Excellence
-Community Commitment

Final Round- Fan/expert voting

Again, right now it doesn't matter if he finishes 1st or 15th. He just needs to be in the top 15. Then he will most definitely move up because half of those guys should be disqualified based on "Sports and Integrity" alone. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE FINISHES 1st or 15th. HE JUSt NEEDS TO FINISH IN THE TOP!

You don't think the vote count sways the people who decides who will move on in the next round? If it doesn't matter, what does it hurt to keep voting?

No, I don't.

You think the committee doesn't get that it is a fan vote? Think they don't look at how many alumni voted(it asks you that)? Think that it makes a difference if CPR finishes 4th or 5th? I think the committee will look at all candidates equally. they may separate top 5, top 10, etc but I don't think there is a difference finishing 1-6.

Seriously, if I was a committee member Kelly, Sarkisian, Randy Shannon, Ferentz, and Rhoads would be top five. They have done more with less.

It doesn't hurt to keep voting but people are acting like CPR will lose if he doesn't finish 1st. That just isn't the case. I just wanted to point that out.

I agree with everything in your post EXCEPT "Randy Shannon has done more with less". He's the coach at Miami. He has plenty of talent to spare.
