Every time he speaks you want to run through a brick wall for him.

"In regards to improvements, we have got to become a much better tackling football team. We were bad at the start and we began tackling a lot better by the end of the spring."

THANK GOD!!! I know I'm not the only on that has been frustrated the last couple of years by the team's inability to wrap up and bring down a ball carrier!

they have realized that you can't confuse commitment to get better with daily routine. Showing up at six in the morning to work out doesn't guarantee more wins. They learned that they have to appreciate that the little things are going to win games and so they have to work hard and turn that into positives on the field.

Like it---maybe a difference between the old coaching staff and new?

He's a great speaker/motivator. I really enjoyed listening to him at the CR tailgate stop. Heck, he made *me* want to run through a brick wall.

CSR: Who will win the NBA Championship and how many games will it take?

PR: If you were asking me about the Penguins and the Red Wings I would be more excited but considering I have seen Van Gundy a lot on the TV in my office all week long I'll pick the Magic in seven games.

Come on PR...The MAGIC? REALLY?

I hope he and his coaches are all as motivated as he says. Definitely gets you into the football spirit. When is August?

a young head coach with good motivational skills, mixed with a talented coaching staff and returning players should equal success.... Hopefully

Coach Rhoads is a very easy guy to get behind. He's likeable, charismatic and full of energy. Based on reputation, I think he's done an oustanding job putting his staff together, and all the players really seem to be buying in to his system. I think we'll see improvement in every aspect of the game this fall and hopefully, that will translate into wins.
