Conf. change threads out of control! Neg. Rep. Needed!

It's been said in other threads before, but negative rep was removed for a variety of reasons. People skirted the site rules via negative rep - made personal attacks, circumvented the language filter, etc. Others complained a good deal about the negative rep they received. All in all, it's a really big headache to moderate since it's not readily visible on the board. Hence, no neg rep.

Neg rep is not worth the electrons it spits out. We are a civil board open for discussion and everyone has a different opinion.
