Take a read at what is going on. First, any iPhone with a crack that is under warranty is going to be replaced with another phone as a matter of practice. So, if there are a bunch of cracked phones back there, they are all headed for either major refurb or the trash heap. So big deal. Good practice? No? If I were the manager I'd fire the lot. As for what parts they use to replace drives and other things with...Apple uses standard parts across the line. Unlike Dell who uses whatever parts are cheapest on the day they buy them, apple has particular drives for particular machines. These would be the only parts available to the apple store. Then you have people who are stupid enough to have illicit photos or video on their computer? Stupid. So, this whole story comes down to one drug dealer, one bad manager, and an ex employee who is a thief. Sounds like lots of places I've experienced in my lifetime.
