I take it that is was on tonight's show? The Daily Show reruns late tonight and I think tomorrow afternoon.
This shouldn't suprise anyone. Haven't you heard, Cy is very popular. When is he eligible to compete in the mascot challenge again.
I think they had to take him out of it so he didn't win every one until the end of time.

Just saw it on the daily show repeat. Cy clearly stands out. Funny part is that it looks like the Leigh bird mascot is ***** the OU mascot.

Has nothing to do with eligibility. ISU has associated dealings with a CapitalOne competitor (a one-time deal was worked out to allow Cy to "compete" a couple of years ago), so unless another one-time deal is worked out again (unlikely) or ISU ends its contract with the competitor and signs with CapitalOne, it's unlikely to happen again anytime soon.
