Des Moines thieves return mannequin arm

I know there are a few Deadspin fans on here but I saw this story today and had a good laugh. Apparently a few Des Moines residents stole the arm off a mannequin at a popular bar in San Francisco a few years back and recnetly returned it with a number of pictures and a note detailing its travels in the midwest.

I like this story because the perpetrators returned the arm and made it a great story. Anyone pull any similarly mostly harmless shenanigans where everyone won in the end?
