Who are you so called Cyclone fans that criticize one of our own who shows feverent support of our teams, yeah all of them including WBB. Heaven forbid I should call the show only to find a bunch of morons mock my call each week. I love it when Denny from Clear Lake or Denny from Story City calls, at least I find out something new. Maybe some of you hidden hot shots behind the keyboards should call in so we all can rip on your call.

The funny thing to me is, these call in shows really aren't a whole lot worse than your normal press conference. The callers just don't write it down and print it in a paper.

I usually stay away from these posts ,Because it reminds me of a bunch of highschool girls !! Trying to make someone else feel smaller than them so they can act like they are superior. so thats what I think when you all gang up on someone who puts themself out there and cares.:yes: Go Cyclones!!

I think he calls the Iowa call in show, or is it Drake. I cannot keep track of whos bandwagon he is on.

Tommy is an Iowa fan. Funny note on Tommy - he was the first ever caller on the Gene Chizik show.

AND.... no matter what anyone on here may think of Cyclone Jerry and Diamond Dave, you won't find two bigger Cyclone fans anywhere.

I totally agree with this - I'm not necessarily ripping on them, I don't really care one way or another. I'm glad they are huge Cyclone fans and I support anybody who wants to support the team.

I just wish they would actually have questions for the coaches. Denny will actually ask decent football questions.

The reason people listen to the coaches show is to listen to the coaches, not to hear guys come in and talk about how much you love Gene and Cyclone football. I'm glad they love Cyclone athletics but the random calls are honestly what make the show unlistenable IMO.
