So I guess this means I can up the number of carries I'm expecting Woody to get this year then?
The pot possession violated probation. Could have at least looked a little better by turning yourself in rather than waiting for the cops to pick you up for the warrant.
Wrong. First you can't get probation without going to court. Did You notice how quickly his name was removed from that list? Duck tod me that his court date was on Monday. His lawyer told him that he would appear for him. However, he failed to appear. So, Duck was arrested for "failure to appear" but was immediately released. I'm not advocating him smoking pot. He should have to pay for that. And he was fined. But in this case, the kid simply listened to his lawyer who failed to do his job.
Interesting. Thanks for the info.
May I ask how exactly you got this info?
This happened to a friend of mine who's lawyer was his uncle. Nephew was not happy nor his dad when this all hit the local paper. Only difference was that it was not for POT, so this does happen. But really, shouuldn't of been in this situation from the start.Wrong. First you can't get probation without going to court. Did You notice how quickly his name was removed from that list? What's the lawyer's side of the story?
How did he pick his lawyer? Seems like failing to show up as promised would be a fireable offense...
