There's a game called The Program on mobile that you recruit and run a college program of fake teams. Similar idea and it is ok but not close to the real deal.

Interesting. I might check that out. Then again, I've waited ten years for the next proper instalment of the OG series. I can probably wait a few more months to get my fix of the good stuff.
