Yeah those people aren't perpetuating fake conspiracies. The idea that ESPN even gives ISU any thought is laughable but everyone thinks their number 1 goal is to screw over ISU. Like they have huge conference calls every morning on the subject or something. We arent that important.

JFC, guys. It's one writer's opinion. It's not like either of those guys he mentioned are nobodies, and according to Vegas insider, both have better odds to win the Heisman than anyone on Iowa State. Not every article on the college football season has to mention the Cyclones, or is evidence of some coordinated effort to bring us down. Being thin skinned isn't a good look on any fanbase.
No one is against the writer. They're against the writer's employer.

Throw in that we're being strongly considered for College GameDay next week. The logic just doesn't track.
But I get it. Texas and Oklahoma leaving has everyone feeling jilted and ESPN certainly has their share of the blame for that, so I understand why they're not going to get the benefit of the doubt ever again, and that's justified. But dial back the outrage on every little thing. Nobody wants to be the fanbase known for whining. Nebraska isn't going to let that title get out of their hands without a fight.

Do you look like a potato? If not, then you hit above that bar.
What kind of potato? A russet? Yeah. But not those fancy, farmer's market, heirloom potatoes. They're loaded with nutrients. I can't compete with that.

It's typical pander to the bluebloods crap...those guys aren't slouches but we just gotta show it on the field. Heisman is obviously a great award, but I want wins.
And so do the Heisman voters. Texas needs to go 9-3 minimum to push a legit Heisman Hopeful.

That’s fair. Those ones seem to uppity anyway.

Yes or no, this a fair assessment of Angie?

Well said. But taking silent action is a whole other story.

You must hate Iowa State.

We may not like the role ESPN played in blowing up the Big 12, and we should hold them accountable. But ESPN could very well be integral to keeping ISU in a P4 conference.
