I will be at the KSU game in Manhattan on November 21. Game time is set for 11AM. I will be with my wife, a KSU grad, and a couple of others - none of whom are rooting for ISU. Who else will be at the game? Tailgating plans? I'd love to hook up with some CF'ers before or after the game.

Last season I decided I was going to make the trip this year to see Farmageddon in Manhattan. But a friend of mine is getting married. WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN NOT TO GET MARRIED DURING FOOTBALL SEASON?

Since I graduated from ISU, I've seen more games in Manhattan than anywhere else, sadly.

"Sadly started in 1990 with bill snyders 1st ISU game in Manhattie, and yes I was there and I was shocked that thee mildcats won.................

Iwas there when Earle Bruce WON and hellsbells even Donnie Duncum WON in manhattan even that crook Jimmie Don Criner Won in manhattan...............

I cant wa it until Snyder leaves and the Mildcats get trounce at home every Saturday..........mark my words that day is coming

Thinking about going. What sections are visitor sections? I'd like for my group to at least sit by clone fans.

I think the Visitors is in the SE Corner? I have gone twice, once I sat in the visitors and once amongst KSU fans. We lost both times. 08 in the last game of the year. RJ Summrall caught a TD at the end of the game that was meaningless and then 10 when we ran Woody off tackle and was stuffed on 4th down.

Yeah we sat on the South endzone two years ago just couldn't remember the section.

You saw two games better than 2013....woof that was a blowout.

Visitors section is in the south endzone. We magically always end up in a KSU section. We typically buy tickets from friends that live in KS.

I believe section 17 is the ISU section. I got my tickets from a family member who is a big KSU booster. Said that ISU returned a bunch of tickets and KSU offered them up to their boosters first. I'll be there with 4 ISU fans.

Any recommendations on where to stay the night before? We usually stay in KC, but wanna be a bit closer. Was thinking Topeka even.

We've stayed in Junction City a couple of times. It's further west than Manhattan but there are several hotels in JC due to Fort Riley. Also, there's less traffic coming in from the west compared to the east.

We are going down with a group of people. @isugoldenrule on twitter, his wife and mother in law are going. I'm bringing my wife. Then we are bringing 4-6 K-State fans. Staying up in Seneca Ks the night before then traveling down in the morning from there.

Haven't missed a game at K-State since 2002 or so when playing them. Always a good time. Just remember to bring a plastic cup for your beer.

ISU's section is actually two 430 and 17-19. Click here for the views.

When we lived in KC, we always stayed in either Wamego to the east or Council Grove to the south, never Junction City. Traffic is awful getting in from the west and JC isn't a favorite place of ours. Topeka is an option but I'd stay closer.

Aggieville is the place to be Friday night. So Long Salon is the best bar food in town. But there are a ton of places to drink and eat in the Ville. For grownups, try Harry's downtown. Voted the best dining in Kansas year after year but get reservations. Bourbon and Baker, downtown, is also fun.
