Awwww, now Minneapolis Talk Radio is going to have so many fewer meltdowns

Well, alright Sage, put the kid on the bench and take care of business

Kurt Warner didn't get his shot in the league until he was 28.......now is Sage's time. I'm still pretty optimistic about the Vikes chances and a heck of a lot more optimistic than the chances of my beloved Broncos....ugh.

I think Favre would have been our best option, but I'm anxious to see what Sage can do. There is no way TJack starts.

I'm glad this thing isn't going to happen b/c it was just plain wrong to begin with - quite simply, the guy should retire as a Packer. I would compare it to John Elway putting on a Raider uniform after he retired.....that's just wrong!

I was hoping Favre would be a Viking for two scenarios:

1. QB is the one weak position we have on the entire team and if he plays well with our favorable schedule we would be a playoff contender.

2. If he would have blown it this season, we fire Childress, bring in Cowher or Billick or Shanahan or Gruden or Dungy or Holmgren, etc. and then we draft a QB in the first round!
