Cardinals-Reds are supposed to play at noon on FOX. Issue is that last nights suspended game starts at 11:30 (tied in the 8th) with the full game starting 40 minutes after it's conclusion. It doesn't matter for me since I will be at the game, but am wondering how this will impact the coverage of today's game. Will they cut to our game or wait until Cards-Reds is done. If they wait, there will be a lot of unhappy people.

College football ratings blow away regular season baseball game ratings, they will be showing the football game from the start.

Things worked out last year when ESPN didn't get to the Cy-Hawk Game until after the 1st quarter.

You can see here if you might be affected by this (if you live in the blue part of the map). Fortunately I'm outside of it.

Sweet. Don't have to worry about stupid baseball.

They will finish the baseball game before going to our game.

I think you're right. I'll be at the game too but will tape it as I like to hear what the national announcers have to say. With a decent chance for extra innings in the first game and maybe an hour between games, there's a good chance it will cut into a lot of our game. And cardinal pitching is giving up a lot of runs lately.

As a die hard Cardinal fan, they better be switching to the game in Ames 15 minutes prior to kickoff. If I have to miss any of the game like last year, Fox will be receiving a lot of HULK ANGRY emails from me just like ESPN did last season

The Iowa and northern Illinois Fox affiliates are going to get bombed with complaints if they don't switch. Really dumb for Sioux City when Royals fans are just as common anyway.

It's funny you think that they would switch it in the middle of a game. Not a chance this happens in areas where the game is being shown.

All 3 baseball games have some rain delay risks, too. Hoping the Royals game is postponed.
