So last weekend I broke free from the stranglehold Apple had on me (sort of...as I'm typing this on a macbook pro :/ ) and I switched to the Galaxy s4. Does anyone have know where I can get a decent fm transmitter that doubles as a car charger for the galaxy s4? or any other cool accessory that you think is worth giving a look at. Thanks in advance!

How has your experience been so far with the S4? Less/more convenient? Size issues? Adjustment to Android apps/app store? Anything else you can say about switching from iPhone to the S4? I'm thinking of switching just because I'm a little bored with my iphone since its the only phone I've known for 6 years.

Got my S4 Wednesday, rooted yesterday. Still working on removing the Samsung bloat but other than that, loving it. Hard getting used to the size and location of buttons compared to my Rezound though.

Does the S4 has a ridiculously long battery life like the Note II does?

I think my girlfriend is going to get the S4 when her contract is up.

It took me about a day to figure out almost all of the features that it offers. The app store is pretty comparable, apps wise imo. It almost every app that I used on my iPhone. I quickly got used to the size of the phone and it doesn't really bug me any more. I saw they announce the s4 mini yesterday so that might solve the size issue if that annoys you. Comparing the two, the iphone felt very constrictive in what they let you do. Even being able to manage your files directly on the galaxy and having expandable micro usb memory is something I really appreciate. The iphone series were the first and only smartphones that I had ever had and they got boring to me as well. "Kies" is kind of lame and seems unreliable at times, but I use vlc or the samsung video app as my media player anyway.

The battery life on this thing is awesome. I had mine off the charger for about 15 hours yesterday. I had bluetooth on and in use most of that time plus used gps for my round of golf. Music playing and CF, Facebook and Twitter surfing most of the day. Still had around 40 percent charge left at the end of the day.

Samsung has come a LONG way with their batteries. The battery on my Note II is ridiculous.

I've had it for a while and I would agree with the great battery life and the screen is also great. My only complaint is the antenna doesn't seem to be very good at least compared to my EVO that I switched from.

I've had mine for a week and really like it. I wanted something with a smaller screen, but that's hard to find these days. That being said, the screen is beautiful

No kidding. With my last phone I would have had to bring a spare battery just for the round of golf.

This is basically how it goes with my battery (Galaxy Nexus). I consider myself a very heavy user, always on Pandora & browsing the web, probably average ~5 GB/month. My battery usually won't last me half a day.

I agree with everything said here about the S4, especially the battery life. The screen is super responsive compared to any other smartphone I've used, which is a bonus.
