Cyclones have as many as 9 games left or as few as 2. Here's to hoping we get good matchups and a little luck along the way. Can't wait!

IF...they win against kstate, it set up a very intriguing match up with either KU or Okie St. With OkSt it would require beating a very good team for the 3rd time in one season, which is never easy, and especially difficult when they've been heart breakers, for them, both times. With KU, they'd be the team trying to beat us for the third time.

Part of me wants another game against KU, just because I'd really like to get a win aginst them, but I think the easier win would be against okst. I think it would play out like Iowa St vs KU series last year, two close ones, then a blow out.

We have yet to lose to anyone not named kansas in a venue that isnt a road venue.

Given that, i'll go

KState- Win
OSU (if embiid isnt back for OSU-KU)- Win
B12 championship- Win

And all wins until the title game.

If KU loses, there will lots of tickets for ISU fans as we expect to beat KSU.

Iowa St. will be first. So if Iowa St wins, then KU loses, I'm probably coming down for the Friday game. More tickets available, and more likely they win to make the championship game, which also should have plenty cheap tickets.

The Kansas State game is interesting. Feel like we 'owe' them one after being tied in the last minute, even with a subpar shooting performance. Foster and Spradling can go off, though, and they held Niang in check for most of the game. No prediction, other than I'm anticipating a war.

Gunna be a pretty big KState crowd. Not like the Doom, but more than 50/50 crowd.

The other game of that session is KU vs likely OkSt. So who do KU fans cheer for toward the end of our game?

Texas is a good team. WV plays well at home, but on the road, BU, TT, and TCU are their only road wins. I can't see WV making it out of the first round. I guess well see this week. It will be a good one.

Somehow I like our chances against Kansas more than against OSU (assuming a win over Purple Kansas, which is no gimmie). I've always put a lot of stock into that "hard to beat a team 3 times in a season" thing.
