The New Mexico State offense looks like our Mangino offenses....or Messingham's. just running plays with no intent on playing competitive football.
I stayed up late to watch NMSU and Wyoming last night.
Wyoming's defense is legitimate. Their offense needs to work on the red zone. That does not shock me, though, for a run-first milk-the-lock Osborne-que team.
NMSU is just bad, though their defense put up a good fight despite their offense going three-and-out over and over again. It was like late era Rhoads to the tee.
Even if it was kind of a lame game, it felt so good for CFB to be back!
Watching Wyoming drop about a half-dozen interceptions brought me back to so many ISU games and the, "That is why he is on defense!" call.
I missed it all so much!
