Gatorade 6 of 7 days of the week. The one day is just to mix it up a little! Both great though.

When I had the flu before Christmas, I chugged a ton of Powerade. Thats about the only time I drink the sports stuff.

It doesnt exist.
False. There is Allsport for sale in the pop machine in my apartment complex and at the Ames/ISU ice arena
edit: The recipe is different however from the old school Allsport from the 90s. Allsport was my favorite because it was carbonated but it turns out carbonation is terrible or your body during work outs so they had to change. It's not nearly as good as it used to be.

I wont believe it. If you just say to yourself that it doesnt exist, over and over, it will disappear.

Neither. I prefer a product from Advocare called Rehydrate. It contains many more minerals and nutrients the body needs for quicker recovery, reduced cramping, and processing of lactic acid. PM me if you'd like more info

Usually I just buy whichever is on sale at the time, Powerade is usually the winner, sometimes it's like $.50 for the big ones.
