GState has a good, maybe great, backcourt - so do we. Monte Morris has a modest line but is difference in this game. 4 players in double figures led by Niang. Hogue has 1,923 rebounds.

ISU attacks Kevin Ware to the point that he needs to be benched, and makes Hunter and Harrow defensive non-factors. Meanwhile, the guards for us respond defensively and lockdown both Hunter and Harrow. We roll by 15.

Really hope the clones clean up defensively, or we could see Georgia St. hit 90 pretty quickly.

Niang, Hogue, Morris all take control of this game, Clones squeak one out.

Have to avoid the (likely) slow start tonight otherwise we may fall behind by 10+ and struggle to catch up.

I know GS has great guards but so do we. I think our forwards will be the difference and luckily for us our more important and best player is a forward. ISU wins but doesn't cover. Win by 7-9 points.

I think we win. I'm sure our guys know as well as we do that Georgia State is dangerous. From what I have heard they are the mid major version of us, and over the last few seasons nobody has beaten us at our own game, and nobody has beaten us over the past few seasons at home other than Kansas, Missouri, and UNI. Only 3 teams in 3 successful seasons of Hoiball. They have 1 guy who is 6-10 but other than that they don't have much for height. If they want to run on us, great. Advantage ISU. Nobody is going to out run us. My main concern is that Hunter and Harrow get hot and start dropping 3s on us. Harrow averaged 3.8 3s a game and Hunter averaged 3 3s a game last season. Hopefully one of them gets cold and can't find the hoop.
