ESPN did give him Player of the Game, I believe. I think in the rush and emotion of everything it might have got lost in the mix, but I'm pretty sure he was recognized.

Just an amazing night to be a Cyclone fan...wow. I have half-joked on here before with all the bad luck and excruciating losses we've had as Cyclone fans that we all must have been Nazis in a past life and that God hates us. God loves us tonight.

A lot of the defense looked good tonight. LJ stood out obviously, but Reeves was solid too. Jake McD was a man in the middle, and AK47 and Knott were there making plays. Even KO, who has looked average at times this year, was dominant on the edge for the O. Great game by him.

Speaking of ESPN...they are starting to get on my nerves. They call Herbie up in the middle of the night who goes on to downplay how good our team was and make excuses for OSU...such a dooshy way to put it.

Honorable mention to AJ Klein, he continued to play huge and is easily our best lb right now and honestly is as good as a full healthy Jake Knott.

But yes, Leonard played his best game in a cyclone uniform and really shut Justin Blackmon down. Awesome performance.

I think Lattimer caused the fumble that LJ recovered as well as tipped the pass to Blackmon that LJ picked off. Great combo!

Easily. I've been one of his biggest critics, and I couldn't be more happy to be wrong. You take the good with the bad. The bad is really bad, but the good is really really good. He did a great job on Blackmon.

Not to mention Rod Gilmore's "expert" analysis.

Yeah, Gannon, Lichtenberg, and Bykowski all have stepped up. We are in good hands for another year.
