Gave Greenlee is now ranked #11 at 285 by Flo. I think this is the 1st time he has been ranked nationally

OpenMat had Liddle 3rd back in their December rankings, and they had Greenlee 10th.

Definitely the first time I’ve seen Greenlee in Flo’s rankings.

Somewhat related, I noticed Nate Schon has been wrestling 285 so far in his high school season. And he’s been teching everybody.

If we could have some fun with it and work another weight class in I’d go
126, 134, 142, 150, 158, 167, 176, 185, 195, 215, 275.
This looks great to me - I'd probably go something like 125, 132, 140, 148, 156, 164, 172, 182, 195, 220, 285... Then again I'd probably have more than 11 weights and bring back 118 for the little guys and go from there... if I was king for a day ;)

Crablegs will come after you for suggesting we actually have a weight class at an Olympic weight....
There isn’t enough talent to support that weight class. But if you want to just let bad wrestlers AA, then by all means.

edit: I’d be fine with switching the weight classes around a bit without adding an additional weight where the talent pool is already so slim. Ex move 174-177, 184-190, 197-210.

I think the last time they changed the weigh classes was Cael's redshirt freshman year.

I’m almost of the opinion that they shouldn’t tinker with the weights. The way the NCAA operates they more than likely just going to screw it up.

Not exactly sure.
Below is a link to a Feb 8 WHO13 news story about Greenlee. I did not realize his body had grown to 6'8". That is some serious leverage if used appropriately. Factoring his pedigree and distantly knowing his family, this gets me really excited for the HWT position in the future.

Would he consider football then? At that height, he could put some god weight in and possibly get paid to play someday.
