Could he start opposite of Johnson at CB?? I think there could be a competition there at least between him and Young.

He’ll be good depth but hopefully he doesn’t start otherwise we may be in trouble at corner.

I’m not a football expert, not even close, but i think if we keep the same scheme, corner isn’t the most difficult position to play. Also, maybe he could play that Star position. I’d take pretty much anyone who had some starts at that level of competition.

Yep, it's a done deal.

Because of a recent rule change, grad transfers no longer have to be enrolled in a graduate program to be eligible to compete. They can be enrolled in undergraduate coursework, which makes it a lot easier for the athlete and for the receiving Institution.

Looks like Jay thinks he'll play safety

We have Eisworth and White returning, but lost Lewis at that fifth secondary spot. Was thinking Azunna would fill it, but this may be the guy. We didn’t have great corner depth so Young staying at corner will help that.

Hopefully this guy can assist with our 3rd and 15
defense.

Or 3rd and 20, 25, etc.

What did Iowa convert on us again from deep in their own end last year...... 3rd and 19??

I honestly never thought KF would go for that in that situation knowing how conservative he is, but that just killed us. We were SO bad on 3rd and long.
