125 - Long is an animal, this kid is the real deal and we have the right coaches to push him further.
133 - Any one know why Fanthorpe wasn't wrestling?
141 - Any update on Gallick injury?
149 - Mueller is Mueller - Solid wrestler, not elite
157 - Any update on Carr jr injury? Sorenson looked good, but neither of these kids will make noise in the tourney.
165 - Jon is an animal, again i think the coaching staff will take Jon to the next level
174 - Don't want to bash our starter, but I wish Spangler would just start beating Burk. Its always so close and spangler has more heart. Both are solid wrestlers but neither will make noise in the tourney.
184 - See 174 comments, Curran should get the nod. Ward has too much Douglass / Sanderson left in him.
197 - Varner - Meanest top wrestler i've seen in quite a while. Wish he could score more points from the top instead he spend a lot of time dominating and inflicting punishment. This strategy pins the bad kids, just keeps the score close on the good ones.
HWT - Zabriskie - Still see too much old tendacy from previous coaching staffs. Perfectly happy to go to SV OT to win a match. Good news is he can beat every wrestler in the nation. I didn't get to watch many of Ericksons matches - any one comment on why he had such a poor showing?

I was dissappointed that I didnt get over to see any of the matches on Saturday but after watching the meet Thursday I was pretty pleased with whoever we have to put on the mat. I havent been able to see Ward wrestle yet but thought if he could improve in the offseason, he would be fairly good this year and hope thats true still. I was not impressed with Mitch's top skills at all. He did pretty well on his feet but when he took the guy down, he couldn't improve from there very well. It was almost like he didn't know what to do. Varner is gonna be Varner and prolly stay that wrestler. While he doesn't score a lot in his matches, he is the most confident wrestler in which he knows what he has to do. And some of that is the weight class. Big Z will still do well. The reason that there isn't a lot of dominating wins by him, is that he gives up so much weight. This would almost be like a 125 pounder wrestling a 157 pounder. He eventually beats them with his conditioning. Overall, the most improved from last year, IMO, would be Reader. This guy came out firing and never let up.

This team I truely believe could win the NT this year. If they work out there kinks and minimize there mistakes, they can beat anybody!
