Have we always been a no-huddle Defense?

After listening to Chizik's press conference where a question was asked about the new 40 second clock. He switched it over to talking about the defensive side of things and said it won't make much of a difference on Defense... He said, "Defensively, right now we're a no-huddle defense anyway, so we don't ever huddle... that really is not an issue..."

I just can't remember last year if we huddled on defense or not but this will definitely help when facing teams like Mizzou that run a fast paced no-huddle offense.

Anyway, just a question/observation...

I'm so freaking pumped for tonight!!!

Go Cyclones!!

Yeah, I know they don't necessarily huddle like an offense but a lot of defenses come together in a cluster at least and get the play relayed in from one of the line-backers.

Anyway, not a big deal just wondering...

I'm so excited I'm going to get absolutely NOTHING done today at work :)

My question is whether we will be no huddle on Offense? We did it during the spring game and I thought that was a good sign that our young QBs will just read he sideline like KU and MU did last year.
