I told my friends Saturday who were unfamiliar that Higgins might be a pro with his length and abilities.

How do you use reader mode in browser?

I was just thinking neither of them may be in discussion for "GOAT" ISU receiver but they probably definitely are already for a duo if they keep this up.

Way up there
Best WR combo in the big 12 for sure, the best part about them is, they compliment each other so well. Two very different type of players. Higgins will be playing on Sundays, he's got everything an NFL team is looking for. Noel's progression from more or less a glorified RB who only ran quick screens as a frosh to a WR who can attack the field any time and from anywhere has been really fun to watch. He had some ups and downs his first two years so it's really great to see him successful. He deserves it.

I'm so happy to see Noel improve his game. Early in his career, he was drop prone and frustrating to watch.

Noel lit up Iowa's safety on the 75 yard TD. Safety had no idea what to do where to go.

Higgins...man. Just tearing the football away from the Iowa DB for the TD catch.

Hassell was right about these being the best WR and QB combos Iowa will see outside Ohio St. Could end up being about the same.

BTW, Bechtel throwing that dart down the sideline in the 4th qtr to Noel...Holy buckets. Love it.

I remember when some people used to argue that Deshaunte Jones was better in the slot than Noel.

Good times!

Nwankpa getting burnt by Noel was beautiful. He was so lost.

Ohio State can definitely push them around more while the QB/WR operate but I'm also not sure they'd be harder to cover or the QB would throw a better ball.

Rocco's game winning throw was like a ball Purdy would throw with the 49ers.

Dane Brugler is one of the best draft analysts out there and is usually very plugged in. If he’s putting out Noel and Higgins as legit draft prospects, that’s a very good sign that we won’t see the dreaded cyclone slide in April
