Fred said on the podcast he was probably going to hold out Hogue from the dunk contest and when asked why he joked and said he was too old. I would imagine if there is an injury it's very minor

Also heard he was being held out as he already won the Cap City contest this summer and they wanted to give others a shot.

Jackson had fan favorite dunks at the Cap City contest. Not just because he is from Des Moines, but because he puts on a great show. His "armpit over the rim" dunk is incredible.
