LINCOLN, Neb.- Iowa State multi-eventer Neil Hines returned to his home state on Friday for his final Big 12 Outdoor Championships and did not disappoint. The Morse Bluff, Neb. native set a personal best in the 400-meter dash with a 50.13 effort to*move into*second place after the first day of the decathlon on the Ed Weir Track.
