House is only 7.5 years old, but if/when we list it (likely FSBO), I'd like to have the inspection done already. I know a buyer may still want their own done - but at worst it can't find things I may not notice and give buyers some piece of mind.

Looking for recommendations in the area. Thx.

I would also recommend him. Used him for our home inspection 2 years ago. Pretty thorough and not too expensive.

There are a lot of good ones, but you as a seller probably don't need to waste your money on that. A buyer may or may not get an inspection, and if they do they would do it at their expense. With the age of your home, there probably isn't much wrong.

Yeah... Not sure where you live, but most areas have a shortage of homes for sale right now which is advantage seller.
