I wasnt there (******). BUT my best friend was there and when he rushed the field, LJ ended up leaning on him and he gave him his towel. And now hes giving me the towel! Thats deff getting framed and if there is anyway i can get it signed than im going to!
Dont worry, there were alot of people trying to sell tickets but no buyers... Heck I even stumbled upon a guy who was trying to give one of his away.
Tonight was the first game I've ever been to -- not sitting in the student section. I bought 2 tickets, front row, in Section BB .. if the gentleman that I bought my tickets from is a CF user, I will pay face value for those next year.
I was able to drag my wife to a game, she loved it, we had a blast, truly unforgettable. That was the best game atmosphere I have EVER been apart of at JTS. Every 3rd down that place was ROCKING. It was almost surreal just looking into the sea of cardinal and gold.
I almosttt pulled a Les Miles and started eating the grass, but I decided to just grab a huge chunk of the Y in the end zone and bring it home with me (I didn't deface the Y, just kind of trimmed it by hand). I was on camera multiple times as well, it was cool texting friends and family. (I'm SO glad I decided to DVR that game before we left this afternoon!)

I was on the field for the OT and able to rush the field from the northwest corner (where the OSU TD was scored right in front of me).
Only game I went to this season...omg it was awesome. Was sitting down by the OSU fans, one of the first ones on the field and sprinted across. I don't remember anything....just so excited. Greatest sports moment i've ever been a part of

Something interesting from on the field... A 3-4 year old kid was on his father's shoulders and someone made a comment to him about how his son won't ever think of Iowa State a losing program or something similar, after that win and the momentum that this program has going behind it, i didn't find it to be far-fetched. Then again i was drunk of alcohol and joy during that time.

In my 20 seasons of watching ISU home games i have only missed 1, Nebraska '10, and i can unequivocally say that this is the greatest Iowa State football game that i have ever seen.
Wish I was there. Wife had a work function I had to attend, and have to work today too. I got to catch most of the game between running back and forth though.
