Are all 3 stories of the house part of the same common rental/entrance?

Is it possible that the 3rd floor was a separate apartment with a separate entrance, in the same house? A lot of large old houses are split up like that. So the ones in one rental were attacked but the separate rental were not? Or is it said somewhere that it was for sure all one common house/rental?

That photo of blood on the outside of the home is haunting. Like how much blood does there have to be for that to occur?

If someone was killed right up next to a wall in an old house, it's going to run under the trim and go places, and maybe find its way out. Doesn't make it any less horrifying

I saw one of the victim's parents said the coroner said she'd put up a fight. I can understand being a drunk/hungover college student, but I'm really struggling to understand how on earth the other roommates slept through it if there was a struggle.

Different rooms, I believe. It'll be interesting to see the timeline of events inside the house.

It's shocking how much a mess blood can make.

I had to clean up after someone that was cutting, and hit too big a vein. Good 5 foot diameter pool just from that, and that was with trying to put pressure on the wound to make it stop. By the time I got to cleaning it, it was congealing... just horrible. And that was on a cement garage floor.

There are cameras everyone nowadays. Really hard to believe the killer is still out there.

I watched the food truck surveillance video where two of the victims appear to be being watched by a male in a hoodie. He also had a black baseball cap. In September the University posted an alert of a young male with a black baseball cap and mountain bike who had threatened two students with a knife.

Could also just be a dude waiting for his food. Looks like several people just standing and watching something.

The guy in the hoodie hovering around the 2 girls, one of whom was plainly stumbling drunk, made me suspicious. Today I read that investigators had interviewed him and said that 'he has not been identified as a person of interest at this time'.... He was 100% watching the girls, and then 2 hours later they and two of their roommates are murdered.....

So the house was a party house with a key code that was known amongst many people who didn't live there. Yikes.
I read the opposite. Neighbor said they were quiet, but would occasionally host small parties.
Sounds pretty mellow for a place with 6 college students.
