If you’re flying to the WVU game, you’ll probably fly into Pittsburgh and drive the 80-miles to Morgantown. Rental car prices are quite high now because the pandemic caused off-brand agencies to close and major companies to reduce their fleet.

After extensive investigation for that weekend, I happened on a $128 total fare for a two-day economy car through AutoEurope for a Budget Rental Car. The cost includes damage waiver and all taxes, fees, and surcharges. All other options were $25 to $50 more expensive. The next closest fare was also European probably because of the exchange rate.
