I guess I didn't notice an unusual amount of hawkeye clothing in the pictures if that is what you are inferring. You do realize that both iowa state and uni have "yellow" in their color scheme.

yeah I guess I didn't think of that. I have a friend who is a hawk fan and he always wears bright yellow hawkeye shirts. Maybe I'm just so sick of seeing yellow that all yellow = hawks. :yes:

If the original question is whether I would go out of my way to see an Iowa game that didn't involve us, the answer is no.

If it was free, I'd think about it. I've done it before, so I just might do it.

I'm a Drake grad student, and was DEFINITELY going to that game, as I have free admission, until I saw it was the saturday after christmas break starts, and I'll be back home. I was going to wear a Drake shirt though, not just wear ISU gear to be a jerk... Ok, I might have worn a "Beat Iowa" shirt... But seriously, I was going to cheer for Drake, not just be anti-Iowa.

There should have been NO gold at the game as it is a shared color, therefore ISU fans should be wearing cardinal,red,maroon,purpleish red, whatever color their ISU stuff is, and the UNI fans should be wearing purple
