The difference is Tulane has 13k students; Houston has 45k.
No to Tulane. If you really want to get a school with a huge base get Central Florida. They're massive. They're building a moat around campus. They have more money than Bill Gates.
Did I say it didn't apply to Houston? I just know Tulane sports does not move the needle in Louisiana.
