If ISU loses to injured (or healthy) pundits, we have bigger problems than I thought! We are going to be a VERY popular pick to get knocked off in the first round by the pundits with these injuries.

Glad we have pg help on the wayMan Tamin has had a rough time with injuries, going clear back to high school. He's taken a beating.
I want to see this focus and urgency next week when Lipsey and Gilbert are back. Everyone!
If they all agree to itI count 34 your wrong you need to put up at least $340..
Win win
He is an incredibly competitive guy that is also emotional. He’s been dealing with an injury that has limited his effectiveness much of the season.I think Gilbert is truly struggling with an injury obviously but agreed he’s a bit of a head case and injury is causing problems. Not sure how real of a team guy he is. Hope not true because when he is on he’s great but disappointing year for him unfortunately.
glad he plays through most of it but there is no denying he's injury prone.Man Tamin has had a rough time with injuries, going clear back to high school. He's taken a beating.
If we have learned anything through the years, the committee doesn't look for reasons for what it should do, it looks for justifications for what it wants to do. We will see, probably a 3 but would anyone be totally shocked if they slid us to a 4?Would really expose the committee’s inconsistencies if it does. They haven’t put much emphasis on conference tournament wins.
That's the spirit!Since this ^ is such an unpopular comment, if I am wrong I will throw $100 to WeWill. If I am right, I challenge everyone who disagreed or dumbed it to donate $10
Losing today likely slides us to a four seed
Agree on groin injuries

I agree with that douche. But I don’t need him dancing on our grave when the team he loves and follows with all his heart sucks and is an overall embarrassment to the state of Iowa.
my take on it is when you're team gets to be up to #2 in the polls and is an AP Top 10 team for 95% of the year AND is inside the Top 10 of KenPom for 95% of the year, you should have Elite 8 hope.I agree with that douche. The injuries are what has changed my perspective. If this team doesn't make an Elite 8 or beyond, even a Sweet 16, I will be disappointed that injuries derailed what looked to be one of, if not the, best season in Cyclone history.my take on it is when you're team gets to be up to #2 in the polls and is an AP Top 10 team for 95% of the year AND is inside the Top 10 of KenPom for 95% of the year, you should have Elite 8 hope.
Would it be a complete let down of a season if they made a S16 and lost? I don't know, I don't think so but I think there IS an argument there that it could be.
Injuries are just bad luck and you can't say it's a let down of a year because of a fluke thing that happened, too.
When you push yourself that hard, injuries happen. He is at the ragged edge of maximum for his physical ability. We love his effort and willingness to go all out, but this is a consequence.glad he plays through most of it but there is no denying he's injury prone.
You can't be upset with the teams performance or let down when injuries strike. The injuries are what has changed my perspective. I won't be disappointed in the team.
(Not saying you would be, but others would. )
I know NET isn't everything but, yeah. We're safely in as a 3ISU is easily a 3 seed...

I disagree. A 60% Tamin with a bad groin would be a liability on defense. Cade showed up on the defensive end.A 60% Tamin is better than what we had out there today and could be the difference in March. No shade to Kelderman.
ISU has a 9-8 record since mid February. ISU was a low 3 seed before losing to BYU. #4 seed would not be surprising at all considering how ISU was under-seeded last year. There is an old saying- don’t run to the finish line, run through the finish line. Why would we drop to a 4 explain your logic?
