Ive switched over to watch the AZ - TT game. Its quite a tug of war. 20 - 20. Decent crowd there as well. You have to wonder if coach Barnes will get AZ back to the level she had them for several years

I have to remind myself to step back and put in perspective what she is doing as only a sophomore. She set expectations so high I find myself getting frustrated with her on the little things. Crazy numbers, crazy impact, also not like she is 6’7 getting by on being tall, crazy talent.

Interesting that the four starters played 8 minutes each in the 4th quarter. Crooks got half her points in that quarter. Not complaining (at all), just pointing it out. I am actually glad to see them riding the top seven and not farting around trying to get some players "going" that they actually don't need come March or "resting" players (we don't play till Sunday). And Crooks has had a few off games and maybe a big quarter like that will get her mojo working.

Based on the minutes I am assuming Ryan is mostly off her minutes count and that Crooks knee must be okay. And Jackson's foot must also be okay although she was the starter that sat late which makes sense as she was in walking boot a week or so ago.

I think Hanford showed a great 19 minutes. I think she gained more confidence with this game and Bill hopefully should have more confidence in her moving forward. She has been pretty quiet but hard to get flow going when you play sparingly.

I think this team gets KState on Sunday. I think Emily Ryan will be hungry for a win as it is her last game in Hilton and she will lead the charge.

Hansford looked confident out there. Very solid minutes. I agree with Boxter...I think the rotation is pretty much established for the rest of the season.
