Is anyone worried about Kansas?

I know OU is the next game and that KU isn't for another 3 weeks, but the KU game scares me. Besides KSU and OU, they have played everyone really tough and it's possible that we'll need that game for win #6.

They are tough and are improving. They'll probably reach their peak performance just as they play us. Crap.

I'm more worried about Kansas than WVU. One month ago I would have been put in the looney bin for a statement like that.

Not really. The Kansas National Guard strength is around 5500 soldiers, while the Iowa National Guard strength is currently around 9400. Combined with our superior training, I'm sure we can take them.

Yes. There's not a single remaining game that is a gimmee, including Kansas. It's the Big 12, and every week is a fight. I chuckle at those already planning their warm weather bowl trip. We need another victory just to become bowl eligible. I'm cheering hard for the Clones but I sure haven't packed my swimsuit yet!

How could you not be worried about Kansas. They have been showing significant improvement and the law of averages says that one of these is going to go their way. Hope its not us!

As a program trying to take the next step these are the games that you need to win. The ones that you are SUPPOSE to win. I know it is a tough league but we got to get over it because it isn't going to get any easier anytime soon.

No. I feel like this is the year ISU finally blows them out. Expose their weaknesses a little bit like against Baylor. We've laid enough eggs this year

We'll beat KU but it will be a close game. KU hasn't won a conference game in like 17 games. That's pretty crazy right there. ISU is a good football team. A close game? A good game? Sure. But we win. We are past being worried about a team that is 0-17 in their last 17 conference games. Plus, last I checked Charlie Wies was still their coach. So we've got that going for us...
