Is this Vole damage?

Walking around the yard this morning after the snow melted and I see this. I suspect this is Vole damage. I think its pretty common. Anyone have any preferred tips for eradicating this?

My dog brought me a vole the other night, the mystery is solved!!!

I'm going to hire one of the local companies to rid of these clowns before they make my yard worse. It looks terrible as is.
