Last year we went 13-5 against top 50. 10-4 against top 25.

So that would have to mean 15 in the regular season just like this, right, because of 3 games in KC? Unless Texas was not top 50.

Of course these are just preseason rankings so we'll see what happens moving forward

Just find it unbelievable the computers gave Iowa 6 games against Northwestern and Rutgers and 5 against Nebraska while managing to avoid Maryland, Wisconsin and Ohio State.

I used sagarin's year end stats which also had Texas at #24 on Apr. 6.

Just based on this poll, we'll play games against:

#4 Kansas (x2)
#8 Oklahoma (x2)
#22 Baylor (x2)
#28 West Virginia (x2)
#29 Texas A&M
#30 Cincinnati
#35 Texas (x2)
#41 Iowa
#46 Oklahoma State (x2)

That's 15 games against the top 50, not including any we might add at Hilton South.

If those rankings held pretty much to form, that's some heavy-duty RPI action.
