This is correct. I can't remember the name of the guy that runs/owns the gym there. I think he's a big time contractor and has his own gym that he holds camps at. My niece attended one of them over the summer. Pretty hardcore camp for her being a freshmen in high school. Sullivan is one of the coaches.

I'm 99.9% sure that Jake has a psychology degree since we had a number of classes and study groups together. I think he had a psych/soc double major.

Yes, he was a psych major with OCD. That much I do know
My daughter was a psych major and had a bunch of classes with
him at the time. They were friends, and I met him a couple of times. He is an outstanding individual.
