Our game at Texas on Jan 24 was announced today would be on the Longhorn network. Anyone know how we here in Iowa will be able to watch that game?

I'm wondering if perhaps by this time they will also have LHN games available through ESPN3, as you won't see many additional cable companies adding LHN for a few mens basketball games either...

I'm sure there will be a way by the time January comes around...

Not if they want to force companies to add the actual channel.

I believe when the LHN first came out there was a clause that said if the game was not available in the area of the team playing Texas then they had to offer a local channel the ability to pick it up. I'm not sure if that just pertained to the conference football game or if the clause is written for basketball too.

An example would be a few years ago when we played Tech in Lubbock mediacom 22 picked up their local fox sports feed.
