We can definitely use a QB who throws less to the other team!
Not much going on for either team, but 2 3-and-outs for Kohl. Granted, first play of the game was a dart that hit his WR in the face that would have been around a 15 yd gain
I set the DVR and now I have a recording of Around the Horn and missed the start of the game.
He’s looked good. Quick release. Strong arm. Accurate. Stands tall in pocket. Can’t remember any QB at ISU to compare him to. Very fortunate that he grew up in Ankeny and had an ISU family football connection.
Was a former recent ISU QB at the game? I’m feeling Sam Richardson, Grant Rohoch or someone from around that time frame?
Definitely not this AA game (Under Armour), which is considered the most prestigious/usually has the majority of the top rated players.

Nice talk about JJ, and Iowa State while JJ was in there. One first down, then a nice pass on 3rd down, incomplete, on next series, but appeared to be interference by defender. No call. Punt.
