I'm reading Richt is likely to take an administrative position with UGA. That sort of surprises me. The LSU situation is interesting, too. Les beat out the school's grumpy donors. For now. I wonder how the power struggle shakes out down there.

They seemed to always choke in the big games, did they not? Still, these programs canning guys for seasons that would get you a statue in Ames is amusing.

Thats pretty much the biggest part of it from what I can gather of my coworkers rants.

All while dodging Bama in the regular season for 8 years. They played Bama this year, but had only played them in the SEC championship for many years prior.

No clue on if this is on the radar but Mark Richt did play QB at Miami. Miami has a head coaching opening. Maybe he will go there for one last coaching job. I'd think Miami would be thrilled with that hire.

If I weren't moving back to the midwest soon, I would be against this only because the U fans down here remind me alot of Nebby fans. Giving them a reason to have hope again would make this state completely unlivable.
