I realize that there is more to life every second of every GD day. But here I am at work and on CF.

I retired from teaching and went and found another teaching position. Teaching and ISU message board. What not to like. Work with youth all day and message with youth all night.:twitcy:

Do they pay teachers more in Ohio?

Remember, $retired/rehired$. Besides that, my personality is worth much more than some Florida lawyer wannabe and his millions.

That being said. If he does come to a game in his private jet, can you ask if he will stop in Ohio and pick up a poor school teacher.

The old double dipping, eh?:spinny: We know you are a Cyclone football fan, but did you cry when Georges Niang played his last game in a Cyclone uniform? Maybe a sniffle?

I first became familiar with the guy during the Royal's World Series runs the last couple years. He became a bit of a local celebrity in KC during the games, did some segments on the local news, made some appearances for some local charities, etc.

He showed up at a couple Cubs playoff games last October. I felt like punching my Tv monitor.

I thought he was trolling with that Marlins garb, reminding some of us of that 2003 game 6 BARTMAN disaster

Who?? Is he the leader of North Korea? Just kidding. Didn't follow basketball real close. Did watch about two games worth this season. Exciting team. Maybe next year I will get more interested. Coached high school basketball this year, so really busy!

Oldest kid actually went to college with a kid named Kim Jong-il. He said it was somehow a fairly common Korean name.

Did anyone else open this up and think it was a recruit? I must be out of touch because I have never heard or seen Marlins Man. Would have been a great name for a recruit if you ask me.

I suppose I've seen weirder names than Marlins Man, but know, I would never think this was a recruiting thread.
