I asked a bartender at an Ames bar why they weren't showing it. He said they are charged by their capacity and that it would cost them several thousand dollars, maybe closer to 10 thousand, to show the fight. I didn't realize it was THAT much!

It is 5000 per restaurant and bar to show it. Twin peaks had 4 person or less booths/tables as of Thursday afternoon but $25 cover per person. No bar in Ames is showing it.

I thought I read something that said they charge by capacity and it's $32 per capacity number.

Since el Bait Shop is connected to the High Life Lounge, both of their capacities would have been taken into account. It would have cost almost $24,000. Pretty ridiculous.
