@Bryan_Holt: Blakely said he doesn't like the pro-style and wants to transfer somewhere he can start immediately. #Gators

Wow transferring before you even get on campus? Nice work buddy.

Having two of his buddies on our squad would definitely be helpful but starting immediately might be a stretch.

He showed some pretty poor decision making by signing with a school and then immediately wanting out.

Ya, it's totally his fault that Urban Meyer retired.

Urban Meyer retired on Dec 8th. Signing day is in Feb. Not a valid excuse.

If we have ANY chance, we have to go get this kid. We THINK we have solid RB's but we don't know at this point. And you never pass up a chance at a top 40 kid

Yeah, no idea why he signed with Florida if he wanted to play in a spread and to start early. They have a lot of depth and they are moving to a power offense.

if this young man did want to come to ISU to play along side his HS teammates, there is noooo way we could pass him up. Too talented of a kid. We have a bunch of running backs we think will be pretty good but shontrelle is the most proven of them and he has like 60 carries in his career? no one has proven anything yet.

After being in Gainesville a couple weeks ago, there is no way I'd give up playing in that stadium, and walking around that campus to come to Ames, Ia. Unless its a Bo Willaims situation that is.

Yeah, it sucks when Coaches do that because it does pull the rug out from under these kids, 90% of whom commit to a coach not school. But part of being an adult is understanding what you are signing when you sign it. He signed with Florida not Urban or the spread.

I just think it's bad form for a kid to list an offense he has never played in and playing time as a reason to leave Florida when A) he has no idea if he will fit pro-style except for what some handler probably told him and B) he knew what the depth chart looked like prior to signing.

If it's the coaching change, fine say it is, don't give some BS cuz your uncle or whatever said you should start as a true freshman.

False alarm. Sounds like he'll go JUCO then likely to Auburn.

I'm not sure if this matters, but Mike Blakely never signed an LOI. He did enroll and take classes at #UF. Some of you rule guys might know

Just posted on twitter. Maybe he doesn't have to sit out a year?
