I'll be honest, I wish it was us. Most of the teams on there are perennial winners.

That said, there are a few odd ones, especially in the northeast where the football tradition isn't as strong: MA, MD, and ME all hate MI (maybe it's an M thing), NJ hates Alabama, RI appears to hate FL, and I'm a little surprised the Ohio State hate reaches all the way to NY, CT, and NH.

Having lived in New England for awhile, people up there have zero conception of college football. Like, zero. It's all Yankees, Red Sox, Patriots, Jets, Giants, Celtics, Knicks, Bruins, etc. all the time. Hence why they go for the national brand and have little to say about their own teams, given they don't care that much.

It'd be like asking which team in the Premier League that Iowans or Midwestern people dislike the most. We all know very little about it, on average, so our best guess is going to be "umm... Man U" because that's all we know anyways. At least, that's all I know about it. :)

What can we do to get Montana and ND on the Hawkeye hate bandwagon?

surprisingly of the power 5 teams the hawks seem to have the most fans (atleast in the Bismarck area) followed by KU and Nebraska. Not surprisingly their seem to be a lot of UNC BB fans, Im assuming mostly because of hating Minnesota and having Only KU as the other option.

Jeff Boshee (?) was from ND and played KU, Darren Erstad is from Jamestown and coaches at Neb

Nebraska and Colorado may be having issues creating new rivals, as they're still hating on Texas.

Surprised on this. I know Osborne had it in for Texas - and I'm sure that carries a lot of weight with the minions in huskerville.

But if you were to simply ask who you think NU would hate on the most, I'd think it'd be OU (historically) or even KSU. Maybe a deeper resentment for iowa given the proximity and playing every year is developing. Surprised they still give two toots about Texas.

Their lemmings still blame Texas for all of the supposed 11-1 votes in the Big 12. They actually blame Texas about the unequal revenue sharing, even though they championed it with OU, A&M, and Texas. They also still blame Texas for getting kicked out of the AAU, despite Texas voted to keep them in there and at least three B1G schools voted to kick them out. Texas is the bogeyman to them.
